I’m lucky enough to live in one of the best birding areas in the UK and spend as much time as I can with my ‘scope and bins wandering around my local patch and further afield around the Suffolk Coast and beyond.

What could be better than heading off into such a beautiful landscape and pitting your wits against that annoying little brown bird who keeps hiding in that bush. After you have tried not to convince yourself it was the rarest bird you have ever seen (when it was probably a dunnock), it’s time to find that perfect pub to finish the day off in style.

This what Suffolk Coastal Birding is all about.
